    Can deeded property upon death be contested
    My father has deed his property upon his death to my brother and not to me and we all live in Ohio and now or upon his death I would like to know can I contest to receive my part?

    How was it deeded, were they joint owners ( both names on deed) with right of survival ?

    If so, it does not go though the estate,

    If it was in the will that he was to get that property and the estate ( court) has given him the property, you can try and contest the will, but you will have to prove something wrong.

    Giving one child more than another is permitted in most areas
