I don't believe there is a " law " on the books for that specifically. Is this something you can prove in a court of law ? That's where the charge has merrit.

Not that I know of but they are moving that direction with the required completion of the "Parent Information and Mediation Orientation Course" which is in compliance with the Domestic Relations Standards on education of Childrens Issues.

There is an excellent AZ Court of Appeals Matter however it is subject to further appeal at this time and has yet to be formally published but it may be cited in Accordance with specific rules of the Arizona Supreme Court. Sprinkle v. Sprinkle 2011

There is a very specific DISCLAIMER concerning this case - "THIS DECISION DOES NOT CREATE LEGAL PRECEDENT AND MAY NOT BE CITED EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED BY APPLICABLE RULES. See Ariz. R. Supreme Court 111(c); ARCAP 28(c); Ariz. R. Crim. P. 31.24."

IN RE MARRIAGE OF SPRINKLE v. SPRINKLE-Filed June 21, 2011.
