Give her notice to move out, if she will not go, file for an eviction in housing court.

Or of course since you did not say what country you are from, in some places you could merely sell her or arrange her marriage to someone.

Housing, you will need proof ( copy of notice you gave her)

Has ntohing to do with family, she is a renter at this point and time,
Does not matter if she has never paid rent, don't even think of her as a child, just think renter and you are the landlord.

This is the legal way.

My parents were told by their lawyer that it is cheaper to find your renter(kids) new accomodation, pay the deposit, first and last months rent AND pay for the mover than to spen dmonths in court and lose. It sounds absolutely ridiculous, but when he showed them the math he was right.
My step dad actually put a down payment on a condominium for his son and got him out that way. I know it sounds crazy, bur he thinks he saved many thousands $$, time and mental anguish. Just a thought.

This is most definitely not the situation in NY - Canadian law is very different and very tenant friendly.
