But now I want to paint or decoupage some myself as gifts. I know to use acrylic paint, and I'm purchasing the eggs already cleaned and sanitized. What I need to know is a source for the supplies. The bases, the tools to drill delicate holes, the hangers, ribbon, hinges etc.

Any suggestions? I live in Los Angeles, but am fine with mail order supplies as well.
