			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I dislocated my shoulder two years ago and ever since then it is easier to dislocate again! i have dislocated it 3 times now but it has supluxed(i think thats the right word) at least 10 times, im so used to it now i just put it back in and carry on. however it has completely knocked my confiedence with certain movement or positions. i am a frequent gym user and keep my self fit but i have never had a problem in this controled environment it always catches me by surprise. what can i do to try and gain some confiedence back in the shoulder and stop this happening all the time?? am i damaging it further by being active? please help me if you can all post are most appreciated. jim</div>
