Hewlett-Packard is considering expanding an existing production facility in order to produce their next generation of notebook computers. The project would require an initial investment in new production facilities and equipment of $600 million in 2009 would fall in the 7-year MACRS depreciation class. Hewlett-Packard has already spent $50 million designing and developing the new generation of notebook and they will need additional net working capital of $100 million in 2009. Two different Iterations of the notebooks can be produced by the new expanded production facility and equipment over the expected 6-year life of this project. Because of this an additional $150 million in working capital will be needed in 2012. The table following this paragraph contains sales, sale price, variable cost & fixed cost projections over the expected life of the project. The company’s marginal tax rate is 40% and this project is assumed to be of slightly above average risk for Hewlett-Packard with a project beta that is 15% higher than HP’s company beta of 1.0. The risk-free rate is 2.5% and the market risk premium is 8%. HP’s capital structure consists of 10% debt and 90% common equity financing and their before-tax cost of new debt is 6%.

I have noticed a bit of condensation in the vacuum tube where it comes out of the case on top but before it connects to the blower motor. If I disconnect the vacuum line at the switch and blow it out the unit works for a cycle or two then needs to be blown out again. I have disassembled, cleaned and lubricated the blower motor and it all seems to be functioning properly. Model # for this unit is 5VP40E-IP A. Any suggestions?

Does that mean that, if an alien is married to a US citizen, and gets his/her name attached to the property of the US citizen, immediately after marriage, it proves that they own the property together ?

OR

The spouse of the US citizen and the US citizen after marriage have to purchase a NEW PROPERTY and then put both their names on that property owned together to prove joint property together ?

II) Another condition mentioned by the uscis to prove marriage was in good faith is -

"Leases showing that you and your spouse lived in the same place".

Now the ques is , if a US citizen owns a property on mortgage, and is paying the monthly installment every month....there is no ques of lease ? So then how ,can one still prove that the spouse and the US citizen lived together?

III) What is the best way for a spouse to pay off the mortgage of a US citizen after marriage to maintain documents to prove in future if needed that he/she had been equally paying the house mortgage of their spouse US citizen ?

IV) Does paying off mortgage of a US citizen, generally mean that the alien spouse has to surely enter his/her name legally on the mortgage papers with the US citizen (who has actually taken the house mortgage) to prove the usics later that the alien spouse took active part in paying off the mortgage every month ?
