Reasonable quote for building a deck

I would like to know if the quote below is reasonable for having a deck built by a professional deck company. Here is what will be included:
* 365 square feet deck area
* Built-in Planter Box
* Wrapped Box Step
* 14 feet of Handrail

TOTAL COST: $4,925.00

This will also include the company breaking down the previous deck.

Take copy of plan to 2 or 3 other companies to get a price comparison. Then pick the one u like the best or has the price u like.

giving a price for work is relative to a lot of on site conditions and part of country u are in.
