Contact the conservancy to ask them where they think the boundary is, put it on their shoulders, otherwise you will need to get a property surveyor to reacquire your lines.

You should be able to call the county and have someone come out. I had the same problem and they came and located them for me. It's free

If you have a basic idea of where there were staked you can use a metal detector to find the metal stakes

If you have the property dimensions, here is a method to find the buried original metal stakes.
You will need a tape measure (longer is better), a good compass, a can of spray paint and the property dimensions. You said you knew the location of one post, that is great! Use this as your starting point. Pick the next corner of your lot. Use the tape measure to that distance. Try to get the angle correct but this is not critical. When you have the distance, spray a mark on the ground. Keep the tape at that same distance and mark an arch both left and right of the first mark. Go about 10 feet both left and right. This will give you an area to search. When the land was surveyed, they hammered long metal posts into the ground. These posts become magnetic. Start at one end of the arch, hold the compass just above the ground and slowly sweep left and right of the arch line you painted. The compass will jump when it nears the underground post. You can confirm the post by digging a bit. DO NOT REMOVE THE POST WHEN FOUND. Repeat for each next post.
I purchased the vacant lot next to my house. The lot had never been purchased from the original developer (30+ years). I wanted to put up a fence but needed to find the actual lines. I discussed with the man who did original survey and he suggested this method. It worked great. Saved me the money ($200) of a new survey. This will only work if the posts are still there. If you can't find one, measure from the known post to another post location. Good hunting!
