what types of masonary should i used for my outside foundation.and inside

I'm going to assume you mean what type of masonry cement covering that goes over the foundation. It's called "parging". You can use type "N" mortar that you can be in a pre-mix bag or you can mix your own. Mixing your own the ratio is 1 part cement mix, 3 parts sand, 1/4 part lime. A "part" is a shovel full. So if you want to mix a big batch just double the ratios. (2 shovels of cement, 6 shovels of sand 1/2 shovel of lime..etc) You apply this to the foundation using a trowel.
