    Attach a pressure treated 2x4 to the wall first, then attach the door to that.

    Amricca is correct, you need a nailing surface and can't attcah the door directly to concrete, or at least you should not. I would glue and nail with a Remington power driver which is like a 22 calper gun. Once the nailing surface is secure you then hang your door frame and shim.
