How much can I expect to pay for 14 yards of concrete in the midwest? My project is 15 ft wide by 75 feet long by 4" deep.

You are looking at about 32 cu/yds of concrete. You will get the most accurate cost comparison by grabbie yellow pages and calling a few suppliers. Their estimates are free and 100% accurate, not just our estimate.
