What is your opinion about discrimination in hiring of women and minorities

Many organizations have established policies to remedy discrimination in hiring of women and minorities. Discuss whether or not you feel that affirmative action programs, reverse discrimination, and criteria of comparable worth are appropriate forms of remedy.

What are you talking about? U aren't answering the post at all? I almost laughed my butt off when I saw ur post!

I can answer your question! Think about the advancement of the company, not all about ur major and your job function. I accept my job which requires both finance and IT realted job function. My major was Accounting and Civil engineering, I am happy about my work, nothing to do with engineering, but I am learning IT.
