my old client

if i leave an organization & start my own & the old client of mine wants to work with me instead of the organization i was working with what should i do?

Are you asking because you recognize what 'conflict of interest' is ? If you never had a contract with previous employer stipulating that you couldnt take clients with you, then just go with it. Let a period of time go by, and then let that client know you can offer the same services.

Stringer agrees: Good advice, a non compete would change things though, I would do the same. However I might speak to the client about the situation and address that he/she came to you so that can be clear later. Stringer

I must answer the customer to his email:
his situations is He is stuck in the middle of the highway,all tires are destroyed,sent an email reagrding his situation and is asking for help.
