    Employment convicted felons
    My 33yr old son is a convicted felon,in search of work.What can he do to ensure that his background will not hamper his search.:confused:

    It is going to be a problem not only becase some lines of work do not allow it but also there are many people going for the same job.

    But the main issue is to get to work, no matter what the jo is, then find better jobs as he goes along
