I recently made a purchase from Best wholesale furniture in lafayette louisiana ...to make a long story short; I just wanted to warn what would be customers that their return warranty policy pretty much guarantees you will be paying for all repairs! There is no honor in this pathetic company! I had a VERY minor problem with a charger for a electric scooter ($5.00 to be exact) it was still under the 30 day warranty....instead of being treated with courtesy & respect...I was bombarded buy 3 ladies telling me the repair was to be paid out of my pocket....with an end result of asking me to leave the premises. I could only think how do they keep a business...but then I looked at the shape of the place and I can't help but think; bluff and rip off just to make a dollar! I would have paid it....but after being verbally disrespected over and over I decided NO! It's their responsibility...I filed a Better Business Bureau report (I wasn't the only one) and was wondering what else could I do to stop the dishonesty? Any advice? ...Thanks in advance!
