    Big muscly legs
    Hi
    I have a big muscly leg ,I tried different exercises but it is make my legs bigger
    How can I relax my legs muscles and make it smaller??

    Have you tried Pilates? It really lenghthens your muscles, not to mention stretches them, to look longer and leaner. Where are you bulky anyway? The calves, thighs, quads? It really makes no never mind, when you do pilates, It works all areas of your body. Good Luck...:)

    As long as there is a muscular shape the bigger the better for me lets get to know each other, at least I appreciate what you have

    I would bet good money that your legs are not as big as you think. You are always looking at them at an odd angle, so they will look bigger to you than to anyone else.
