TV script or book?

Ok, so I've been writing my whole life. And the main problem I've always had was the fact that I'm torn about what format it should be in. Book or movie/tv script. I personally love writing in script format. However, it's probably easier to get it made into a book.

And recently I came up with something that I love, and instantly I thought: TV SHOW!!! So I put it in tv script. It's sort of a comedy/drama. And I'm seriously on fire with this.

But now I have a lot of people telling me that I should change it. I need advice.

Okay. I know that your question is somewhat dated here, and I do apologize that no one has come along to respond to it. But, what exactly is it about that you have been writing, please?

Oh darn!! I forgot all about this post. Lol it looks like all responses are a month apart. Lol.

It's basically about this girl's dating mishaps. Quite funny. Drama/Comedy.
