My heart is into starting a talent agency,but how?

hello my name is trianna. i am a 26 year old wife and mother. I have been into modeling when i was younger and a vocal performer since i was a kid, but i dont have the courage to personally preform. then one day i realized i have an amazing eye for noticing true talent in others. since then it has been a goal of mine to start a talent agency, but i dont even know where to begin at. could someone please point me in the right direction and tell me what i first and foremost need to do?
