I cant remember much bout the movie but that it probably came out in the early 80's or 90's. I was on the sci- fi channel of some time.
Some of the characteristics are:
1: he were a greenish suit
2: battled aliens
3: some type of blades come out of his elbows
4: there is a sequel to the movie
5: and i'm not sure if it was just a TV movie or a regular one

so you think you know the movie thanks for your help cause i've been racking my brain for the title of this movie

I REMEMBER THIS TO!!! i have been looking "EVERYWHERE" what i remember of the movie is these things....

it was a type of crystal that was sucked into his forhead and started enwraping him
he had blades that came out of his elbows and he fought things
it was some wierd armor or alien thing
and for some reason the word "star" comes to mind
it was more of a (superhero movie) then an alien movie
