search a name having only a picture

I have only a picture of a person and I need to know his name ? how ?

Few options:
1: Ask whoever/wherever you got the picture from.
2: Post an ad on Craigslist or another local(esque) forum, with the picture, and see if anyone knows him.
3: Hack into the FBI and use their facial recognition software...

on second thought, you only have two real options.
