Blast furnace pressure and oxygen

shall be thank ful if you could kindly answer following questions.
1.can you please suggest me a method to tap a blast furnace which has a pressure of 10atmos at the tap hole region and using an enriched blast of 50%oxygen?
2.What is the highest pressure acheived in a BF at tuyer region in the world ?

3.What is the highest oxygen content in the blast aceived tillnow and in which place?
