Hi , well i am student of electrical engineering and these days i am working on a little project related with electronics.

[glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]I want to have a Firing Ckt (time-delay ckt) of SCR using BJTs or UJT in which we can apply AC pulse to the gate of SCR to change the firing angle. Not only that, The DC power should also be reqd for the UJT ckt. I have search a lot over internet but unable to find it. If any of you can send me the ckt or just send me the link of any site where the ckt is situated then i'll be really grateful, Thanks
