Deflection and total force on the steel wire

[email address]

I have one project of permanent access equipment for Hotel in India.
To install this system I need temporary access system to install first.
This system will be something like cable car.
The structure of the hotel is 100 Meters Diameter, inside the 80 meters dia is empty and height of the building is 30 meters.
Complete hotel top is covered with DOME of steel structure pipe, pre tensile fabric and glass.
This dome does not have any column or beam support in 80 mts inside.
It is resting only on circumference of 80 mts . With 30 column.
Now question is:-
if I fix 80 mts long two steel wire rope of 18mm dia diagonally and support these two wires at the center of the dome with pulley. On these wires we will put four pulley and hang the 2 meters long cradle (i.e. moving car).
To move only from center to end of the dome ( Radius of the dome 40 mts.).
Height of the dome at the center is 4.75 meters.
Weight of the cradle car is 750 Kgs.
Total weight of the temporary system is 1200 Kgs.
Both end of the wire will have separate steel wire of 8.4 mm dia to pull cradle car left and right with electric gear motors.
What will be deflection and total force on the two steel wire of 18mm dia at both ends? There will be Pretension of 3 tons on each wire of 18mm dia.
