what kind of resistors and capacitors de we generally use for circuit designing...?
resistors...- MFR's or CFR's ???
capacitors....like ceramic n all....which kind..?

I think you mean MFR and CCR's. Resistor and capacitor types depend on the circuit being designed. The choice also dictates cost.
