Ok This is the situation
Old Computer - Windows XP Home OE6
New Computer - Windows Vista - Microsoft Mail

I saved all of the .dbx in OE6 (Including Folders.dbx)

-I put all of the .dbx's on a CD-R disk
-Copied Them To A Folder In Documents On Vista
-I Ensure that the files are not read only (And there not)

-I go into Microsoft Mail And try to import the files (made shure directory is correct)
-I select the folder that the dbx's are in

And this error pops up "no messages can be found in this folder..."

I need a Solution

PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Just a thought but instead of saving the dbx's have you tried Exporting the files from OE and using those to import into MS Mail?
