I am having problem with Outlook 2003. When trying to receive email, there is the indicator showing how many messages and how big they are. But at first the kb doesn't show only the b. Then the k will show up sooner or later. It is very slow to say it is receiving and then never does bring in the mail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Even deleted my profile form the computer and started over. I am running AVG email scanner. I am at a total loss. Everything is setup according to my isp which is Hughesnet.

Help would be greatly appreicated.

I suspect your connection. What internet do you have? Dialup or Broadband/ADSL?

If you have the slow dialup connection there is probably a huge file blocking the other mail from comming through. Contact your Email Service Provider and ask them to delete this big message, depending if you want this file or not. Or if you have access to your mails via Webmail, you can do this yourself.
