Outlook Express not working

When trying to send an email through outlook, this pops up and email won't work. How do I correct this problem?

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

SMTP is the protocol used by your ISP/e-mail service to send mail. This message means that the outgoing mail server was not found. So either the account info is incorrect or there is a problem on your service's side.
