Do you have an anti-virus program installed? Is it currently update to the latest definitions? Have you done a full scan of your system lately?

Do you get any emails bounced back to you? If you try to send out an email and it fails - you often get a email back saying why the original failed. If you are getting these error emails back - let us know what they say.

If you don't get any error messages back, it looks like the emails aren't even getting off your PC. It might be your virus scanner stopping them from getting out for some reason or it might just be a problem with Outlook Express. Try turning off your antivirus scanner for a few seconds while you send a few test emails and see if they work (remember to turn the scanner back on afterwards).
