how can i use my outlook properly, i can't receive, can't send what is happening... please help me...............

Go to Tools > Accounts. On this page are 4 Tabs. Be sure the Mail Tab is selected.

Is your account shown under Account?

If so, left click on it, then click the Properties button off to the right.

Be sure that the information on this page (note that there are 5 tabs to check) is the information provided you by your Internet Service Provider.

If you are not sure, give them a call; they will confirm exactly what ought to be in each field.

hmmm...

is outlook express and microsoft outlook express the same, cause when i can't fix the outlook express i dicided to go to microsoft outlook but same problem i got... please tell me proper step by step in activating these program... i really need it...
