I can't get outlook express to cancel sent email

Sounds like you want to unsend an e-mail you sent. It is not is possible in outlook. I know its possible with AOL and that only works mail sent to other AOL users.

If it's an e-mail you send to a co-worker from the same network there is small possibility that someone at IT at remove it for you.

But once it leaves your outbox its sent.

JBeaucaire agrees: Yep, and it really only works on services like AOL if the person hasn't opened the email.
