outlook

Hello
I have an outlook e:mail account and I'm having problems with the incoming mail. Sending mail is ok but coming mail is not recognized. It establishes contact with the server but for some reason doesn't enter any mail in my account. Iv'e tried to export the account to another pc but it didn't work. Can you help me please.

Th first thing i would check is your mail server names. This is found under TOOLS>EMAIL ACCOUNTS. Then hit NEXT and highlight your account name and hit change to view current settings. Also while you are in there verify your email password information if they are set. If neither of these help, then click TOOLS>SEND/RECEIVE SETTINGS and then SHOW PROGRESS and let me know what the error message is that comes up
