My Outlook 2003 won't send or receive emails. The outgoing and incoming servers are correct. I send a test message and it won't come back but it will send a test message to my blackberry. I'm unable to send or receive. It's a new installation of Outlook 2003 and i've imported the proper .pst file but still doesn't work although I can see my old emails. Any thoughts?

I've run outlook detect and repair as well as scanpst.exe and all seems to be well but obviously it's not. any other ideas?
