Outlook 2002 will not send mail

I am popping three Gmail accounts to Outlook 2002. I can reserve mail but can not send mail pleas help. I have it set up on my old desktop but the same setting will not work on my new laptop. My desktop has Outlook 2000 and my laptop has Outlook 2002. Please help

Check your mail settings.
For outgoing Gmail it is SMTP.gmail.com

For more help Gmail has an excellent page that shows you exactly how to do it.
It's a little confusing as you have to use an encrypted connection.
Easier to read it for your self than type it here.

Also as it is an encrypted connection you need to make sure your firewall will let it through.
