Multiple Outlook Express Programs

HELP!!
I have 2 domains and would like to have Outlook Express set up separately - not just 2 accounts within one Outlook Express.
Can this be done - and HOW?

According to http://email.cityu.edu.hk/faq/outloo...ros_n_cons.htm :

Only ONE Outlook Express can be executed at one time.
Multiple accounts must be handled within a single Outlook Express session, and incoming email come from all POP3 mail accounts will be placed into the same Inbox
Problem may be solved by creating multiple Identities.
But users need to switch between Identities to access different POP mail accounts.

I assume they mean you have to logout and then log back in with a different identity.
