MS Outlook Web Access Hanging

Ok, sorry if this is a long an complicated explination, but anyone's input would be massively appreciated!

I'm currently running MS Outlook Web Access (OWA) on my IIS Server (running NT and IIS 4) so that my users can access their mailboxes sat on our exchange server (running server 2000).

Every now and again, OWA would stop the users from accessing their mailboxes, all this would need was a quick reset of the IIS and all would be hunky dory again.

Over the past couple of weeks something must have gone wrong because we're having to reset the IIS about 10 times a day because the login pages are throwing up errors or simply hanging!

The majority of our users use outlook 2000 but we did recently test a couple of users on outlook 2003, although I can't see this being an issue.

Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this hang?
