Missing Email pics

Does anyone have any idea why when I have email with pictures in them(not attachments) I get no pic's just a blank frame with a small red x in upper left hand corner?Also happens when i send to other people. This does not happen with all emails just some. How do u fix? I have Windows XP a Toshiba Satellite Comp & Comcast Broadband Internet

email pics

Hi,
Probably, this is due to your email Secuity settings.
With your email program open, click on Tools and the top, then Options.
click on the Security tab.
Look to see if "Do not allow attachments, etc....." is check. If it's checked, the left click on it to uncheck it.
Click on Apply, then OK.

That was an easy fix. Thank you, i had called comcast and they didnt have a clue. I just found this site by accident today. Thanks again
