Printing from internet

I have a PC which has Vista Home Basic, AOL 9.1, Yahoo, Google and etc. I can't print from either AOL or any the other internet sites. When I bring up print preview it is blank. It prints OK from Word, Excel and etc.

The important data you left out : what browser do you use? Explorer? Firefox? Opera?
The browser is the connection between Internet and your computer with printer.
Is this a sudden new problem, or a problem from the start?

I am using internet explorer. The problem started when I could not receive email with AOL 9.0 about a month ago. I then uninstalled 9.0 and installed AOL 9.1. With AOL 9.1 I could receive and send email but could not print. The printing problem is on all sites as I indicated.

Ooooooffff
As West European I can not help you with problems arising from AOL. We dont have that here, and so I have no experience with that. Of course your problems are directly related to your 9.0 / 9.1 changes.

Did you already try to reverse everything again? (remove 9.1 and re-install 9.0) ?
Just to see if the printing gets going again ...

Even better : an alternative : can't you use - until you find a solution - another browser? May I suggest FireFox?

I look forward to hear the results with that browser.

Thank you for suggestion. I installed Firefox on my machine and it appears most of my printing problems are gone. I now access AOL by way of Firefox and will probably uninstall AOL 9.1.
