Hello,

For some reason the links in my outlook email do not work anymore; the property menu has also been disabled.

I get the followiing error message.
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have searched Microsoft help and did find a possible fix
Error Message: This Operation Has Been Cancelled Due to Restrictions in Effect on This Computer
"If you are an administrator, you can verify the policies that are enabled. To do this, click User Configuration, click Administrative Templates, and then click System. "

I do not know where to find User Configuration.

Can some help me to resolve this issue?
