Keyboard Getting Crazy with Incredimail

HI!
My name is Olvia. Portuguese. Sorry buy my english is very poor. Living in Algarve, South of Portugal.
I hope you can help me with my probem with Incredimail.
I have no trouble with my keyboard except when I want to send an email from my IncredimailXE .
Getting crazy with this!
Can anyone help me?

When you say, keyboard goes crazy, what is it doing, can you reproduce a section?

Nothig match.
As I write in portuguese, for exemple the words:
"não" i cannot write this word correctly. Appear n]ao
"são" appear s]ao.
" ;" appear »
"?" appear _

I think your incredimail is not recognising your portuguese keyboard

I do not know the program myself, but can you find options and see if there is a keybaord or language option

If there is you should be able to select the correct option
