Printing Publisher Email Newsletter

Hello, I am new to this group, and need your feedback. We are sending a publisher file as an email message to Outlook. When we print the email message in Outlook, the printer recognizes over 500 pages to be printed. Do you think this is in the Publisher settings or in our Outlook settings? Thank you for your help.

Once the document is created in Publisher (FYI, it is custom - banner), we select file, send email, as page in message. When it gets to Outlook, and we ask to print this email, it at times will print only the 5 pages it is or it opts to pring 1 of 500 or more.
