Import .msg files (Outlook) to Windows Mail (Vista)

I need to Import .msg files (Outlook) to Windows Mail (Vista) but the import won't let me do it. any suggestions?

It's much easier to import the Outlook .pst file into Vista Mail.

I thought Windows Mail is Vista Mail.

Yes it's the same thing. Windows Mail replaces Outlook Express. Outlook is still Outlook, why don't you keep using that?

Outlook froze up on me, requiring a re-boot almost daily.But, it looks like I have no choice.
