    First, please pay more attention to posting instructions. The forum Help area where this was originally posted has a clear warning to read First that explains only question about using this site should be posted there. Therefore I moved your question to this forum.

    As to the answer to your question. If they are still in your deleted folder you can move them to another folder. If they are gone from the Deleted folder, they are gone.

    They are not gone if you have wisely used an IMAP client with 'save local copy' enabled on the folder in questioin
