- Select FILE > EXPORT > ADDRESS BOOK
- Select Text File (Comma Separated Values)
- Click EXPORT
- Type a file name in the "Save exported file as" input box
For example type, "C:\MYADRBOK.CSV" - Click NEXT
- Optionally select the fields you wish to export and/or click FINISH
- Click CLOSE once the exporting is completed
The .CSV file will import into Excel nicely. |

Pay to call JBeaucaire for advice ($.75/min) | Ah, well, there's the thing. The groups are an internal feature to Outlook.
Why Excel? What's the goal here? I don't know of any eport methodology that converts that info, only the basic contact info. |

Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | How many contacts and how many groups? (I thought you could export to CSV) If its not too many you can easily assign groups in excel. |
