how come people cant see my display picture or my emticons

PLEASE GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP IM USING MSN MESSENGER 7.5 AND IT WONT LET OTHER PEOPLE SEE MY DISPLAY PICTURE OR MY EMOTICONS AND I CANT SEE THERES EITHER CAN SOME PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND MAKE ME LOOK LIKE THIS EMOTICON AND I RE-INSTALLED IT AND ALL THAT STUUF BUT ITS STILL WONT LET ME SEE OTHER PEOPLE PICS OR THERE EMOTICONS

That's strange...i'm also using Yahoo messenger 7.5, try re-installing your software.
