Extract Email attachments from Webmail

Hi,

I wanna know if there is a tool which can help me extract all email attachments from any webmail and store them locally.

Once you open the attachment, save it to a folder - for example - Email Attachments.

I believe you can do this with Outlook Express, just use you Outlook Express as your Defualt email service
