Exchange MS outlook signature wont save.

Hi,

I am having a problem with MS outlook 2003. It is for an exchange account. Every time i go into tools>option>mail format>signature and change/add a signature for example my job title , the next day it goes back to how it was before the changes.

I have check on the server and outlook signature is not enforce. I went into edit but cannot see anything related to outlook signature.

Please can someone find.

After you have created and named your signature, you must select it as the signature you want to use for New Messages and/or Replies and Forwards. If you have any other account such as an Internet Email account as well as your Echange Server account, make sure that you have selected the Signatures for account: Microsoft Exchange Server.

Go back to your Signatures and make sure that your saved signature is still there.

Open a new email message. The signature line should now be automatically added to the bottom of your message.

It is possible you have a default profile that loads for all users ie. no customization to your profile. Best to ask your IT department.
