error loading windows contacts

error loading windows contacts

i want to transfer my contacts from outlook express to windows mail.

i have attempted to import as .csv and .wab file formats, but the import fails

If i try csv i get some contacts, if i try the wab file, the import function will not start.

Any advise greatly appreciated
