Outlook 2003 server password

My outlook 2003 suddenly stopped working a week ago, BT changed my ISP from talk21 to btinternet.com, using the new e-mail address on my laptop is perfect, on my mainframe the outlook 2003 will not hold the password when prompted for the password it still rejects login i have removed Outlook, closed Norton 360 firewall reinstalled outlook and still asks for network password can anybody help please
