Outlook Express / Yahoo

I am trying to set up my yahoo account so that it will show up and I can keep track of it on my outlook express.

It is wanting to know a POP3 name, I have no idea what that is, any suggestiongs ?

I use EPrompter to check for mail from several services. But that doesn't get the mail into my main mail store.
