Mailwasher's Filter Feature

I've got "where the subject line contains" LOANS filtered to be blacklisted and deleted...but someone just sent me an email about the Sloans (a family I do genealogical research on) and it got filtered.

How can I filter loan and loans but not have Sloan and Sloans filtered?

Thanks!

Check to see if it filters by whole word or any part. If it doesn't try setting the filter to " loans" (include a leading space).

RickJ agrees: The space before the word works a charm!
